What's happening in the club this week
Outcome of the Special General Meeting
Held Sunday 24th November
The President Bruce Heappey informed the members present about the up and coming bar refurbishment.
The previous committee had unanimously agreed to sell 673 Cameron Road to finance the build.
Ian Thorn the Architect presented the plans to the members; we are waiting for the presentation to display in the club for all.
The members voiced their concerns regarding how it was going affect the elderly and disabled members going to and from the bar,
It was explained that there will be defined walk ways to the bar.
Bar renovations are planned for Jan and Feb 2025 (our quiet months), we believe the disruption should be minimal at this time.
